District #6, Fairfield Township, Furmandale/Snaptown School
The school house was constructed in 1868 on Dixie Highway (Route 4).  The school was razed to make way for a newer Slade school which was constructed in 1908.

The school was built in 1908 and was razed for
a commercial development in 1980.
