The Will of William Washington Mason b. December 11, 1799 d. May 28, 1891Probate order book 7, Page 528 (Pike County, Indiana): Friday, March 17th 1893, 5th day of March Term 1893 William Mason Partial account current Deceased Comes now Henry J. Wiggs, Administrator of said estate, and submits to the court his partial account current herein with vouchers in support thereof--- Said Administrator is chargeable with the following amount To wit, Total charges $3420.93 Said Administrator claims credit as per vouchers filed herewith for $ 965.16 and that he has made distribution to the heirs as follows to wit: No. 25 W. Probate order book 8, Pg 152-153 Monday, December 3rd, 1894, 19th day of Term. In the matter of the Estate of William Mason “Deceased” Final Report & Settlements Henry J. Wiggs Administrator Comes now said Administrator and shows to the satisfaction of the Court that due and legal notice of the pending of this report had been given more than two weeks prior to the 19th day of the present Term of this Court the same being the day fixed by the Clerk of this Court for the hearing hereof by a publication in the Pike County “Democrat” a Public Weekly Newspaper of General Circulation printed and published in said County. And by posting a like notice at the Door of the Court House of Pike County. And Said Administrator charges himself with the following amount— Total Charges: $1151.20 He claims credit as per vouchers filed herewith for total credits: $ 284.95 $866.25 Balance for distribution $866.25 And Said Administrator asks Court for amount distributed to heirs as per their receipts filed herewith $866.25 Leaving no balance in his hands, said Administrator has made full payment of all claims against said estate, and made distributions to the heirs of said estate, and he asks to be discharged from his trust herein, Which said Report is by the Court examined and approved and said administrator discharged from his trust herein. Wiggs administrator of the estate of William Mason dec’d, and submits the following final report herein showing that he is chargeable with the following assets of said estate. To balance I his hands as per last report March Term 1894: $1083.20 To amount collected of James M.
