The mill was damaged by fire on
29th April 1874
Owners and tenants have included
Binns Brothers.
The 2 six-storey mills and land were subsequently taken over by the
Eaves Self-Help Manufacturers' Society.
The mill stood empty for some time and was put up for auction in 1916
but not sold.
The site was demolished soon after 1919 for the construction
of Eaves Housing Estate

Could it be another name for their Kingston Biscuit Factory?
Or is it a separate factory?
It stood opposite Mytholmroyd Church.
It later became the Empress Laundry
The original foundry was demolished in 1979 and a new factory built
on the site.
