This marriage was donated

October 21, 1905

At St. Mary's Catholic church in this city on Monday morning, Oct. 30. Mr. Henry Gehling and Miss Anna Herzog, both of East Brothertown, were united in marriage by Rev. Fr. Schnell. The groom was attended by his brother, John Gehling and Miss Katie Herzog, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. After the ceremony at the church the bridal party was driven to the home of the bride's parents, where the event was duly celebrated. Dancing and other amusements were indulged in by the guests until the early hours of the morning. The groom is a son of Herman Gehling and the bride is a daughter of John Herzog, Sr. They will begin housekeeping on a portion of the farm of John Herzog Jr., which the groom has rented. The Times offers congratulations.
