Miss Mayme Schlinz and Fred Dix stole a march on their friends last week, when on Tuesday morning they boarded the train for Milwaukee, where they were quietly married at the home of the groom's sister, Mrs. Oscar Keppler. Both bride and groom are well known and have many friends here, having spend the greater part of their lives in this village.
A wedding banquet was given at the Orphal home to celebrate the happy occasion when the newlyweds returned from Milwaukee, where they spent a few days with relatives. The Favorite joins their many friends in wishing them a long and happy wedded live.
