Fochs-Kampa Nuptial Rites Held In Hilbert

After Sunday, May 1, Mr. and Mrs. Clements Kampa will be residing at 28 Baldwin St. Chilton.

The double-ring service of marriage for the former Mrs. Mary Ann Fochs, R2, Hilbert, and the bridegroom, a Chilton resident was performed by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Martin Jaeckels last Saturday morning in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hilbert. The children's choir sang and Sister Lucien directed as well as accompanied the group on the organ.

A street-length dress of Alice blue silk and a half hat with veil were worn by the bride. She had a corsage of fairy roses and white maline.

Her daughter, Mrs. Gilbert Schumacher, R. 2, Hilbert, was the matron of honor and had a similar corsage pinned to her shell pink nylon linen dress. She complemented it with a floral hat and veil.

Carlton Kampa came from Milwaukee to be his father's best man.

Dinner was served to the couple and their immediate family at the 49er Steak House at Hilbert. A family reunion and buffet supper took place at the former farm home of the bride, R. 2, Hilbert.

NOTE: {Mary Biederwolf's 1st marriage was to Mathias F. Fochs}
