This marriage was donated

August 5, 1905

At St. Mary's Catholic church on Tuesday morning Rev. Fr. M. Schoell united in marriage Mr. John Schaefer and Miss Katherine Holknecht. Rev Fr. P. J. Nillies celebrated mass. Jacob Schaefer, brother of the groom and Miss Lena Holtknecht, sister of the bride, Wm. Kautza, and Miss Nora Ellenbecker were the witnesses. After the service the at the church the bridal party were then driven to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Holzknecht, parents of the bride, where breakfast was served. The happy couple took the 9:40 train for Green Bay where they will visit relatives. They will reside on Spring street. Both are favorably know to our people and The Times joins friends in offering congratulations.
