William John Fox will be taking his bride, the former Miss Pamela Jean Schwantz, on a two-week tour of western states for their honeymoon.
The couple exchanged marriage vows before the Rev. James Vennix in a noon ceremony at St. Mary Catholic Church, Chilton. Music for the service and Mass was provided by organist, Paul Thelen.
Parents of the newlweds are E. A. Schwantz, Manitowoc, and Mrs. Raymond Jensen, Sault St. Marie, Michigan and Mr. and Mrs. George J. Fox, 417 Park, Chilton.
Mrs. Thomas Leikam of Manitowoc attended her sister as matron of honor. Those who had roles as bridesmaids were the bridegroom's sister, Miss Denise Fox and Miss Mary White of Oshkosh.
Best man at the rite was the bridegroom's brother, David Fox of Sheboygan, Steven Thurwachter, Sheboygan Falls, and Paul Reinkober of Tulsa, Oklahoma served as groomsmen. Duties of ushering were shared by the bridegroom's brother, Pfc. Michael Fox of Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo., and Thomas Leikam, Manitowoc.
A 1957 alumna of Lincoln High School Manitowoc, the former Miss Schwantz was graduated from Mercy Medical Center School of Nursing in 1970 and was a staff nurse at Winnebago State Hospital prior to her marriage.
The bridegroom is a 1962 graduate of Chilton High School and attended the University of Wisconsin Sheboygan County Campus. He is assistant manager for Kohl's Foods, Appleton.
Mr. and Mrs. Fox, who are greeing 200 guests at a reception and buffet supper at Hickory Hills Country Club, Chilton will reside at 1140 Primrose Ct., Neenah.
