Miss Dorothy Daun Becomes Bride of Anthony Nadler, Jr.
Three sisters of the bride and a sister of the
bridegroom were attendants at the wedding of
Miss Dorothy Daun, route 2, Chilton, and
Anthony Nadler, Jr., route 3, Chilton, which took
place at 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Charles church,
at Charlesburg.
Miss Rita Daun attended as maid of honor while
the Misses Carol and Theresa Daun were bridesmaids
as was Mrs. Morgan Burke, the bridegroom's sister.
Gregor Wennig was best man and Benjamin Daun,
the bride's brother, and Morgan Burke were groomsmen.
The Rev. Francis J. Melchoirs preformed the ceremony
during a nuptial mass sung by the senior choir of St.
Charles parish. Sister Auxillia was at the organ.
The wedding reception at Gebhart's hall, Charlesburg,
included dinner served for 100 guests and a supper,
for 200 relatives and friends followed by a wedding
dance in the evening. Guests attended from Milwaukee,
Chicago, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan.
Mr. Nadler and his bride are spending a week's
honeymoon at Eagle River and upon their return
will reside at the farm home of the bridgroom's parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Anton Nadler, route 3, Chilton.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Daun,
route 2, Chilton. A graduate of Chilton High school, she
had been a bookkeeper at the Commercial bank in Chilton
until the time of her marriage.
