Early morning marriages seem to be the fad. It was left for Mr. Anton Kautza and Mrs. Catherine Schaefer to surprise their friends by the earliest morning marriage that has taken place in our city, so far as the records show. At St. Mary's church Tuesday morning at the hour of three o'clock they were joined in the bonds of wedlock. They drove to St. Nazianz after the ceremony, where they will visit relatives for a few days before beginning house-keeping in the groom's home on South Madison street. Both are favorably known in the city and The Times offers congratulations.
