June 10, 1905
At St. Martin's Catholic church, in Charlestown occurred a very pretty wedding on Tuesday morning, June 6. The contracting parties were Mr. Frank Reiser and Miss Anna Kolbe. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Fr. Otto Kolbe, of Black Creek, a cousin of the bride. After the service at the church a large gathering of relatives and friends of the happy couple went to the home of the bride's parents where a wedding dinner was served. During the afternoon and evening dancing and other amusement was indulged in by the guest and most enjoyable time was had. The groom is a son of Wm. Reiser, one of the well-to farmers of Charlestown. The bride is a daughter of Robert Kolbe, one of the pioneers of that town and also a leading farmer. The young couple will begin house-keeping on a farm near St. Anna which the young man's father recently purchased. May they live a long and prosper is the wish of The Times.
