John Whalen

News was received by the family of Thos. Carroll, of Rantoul, that John Whalen had been killed in the yards of the Milwaukee road at Milwaukee on Thursday morning of last while at work. He was thirty-five years of age. Mr. Whalen was a brother-in-law of Michael Carroll, formerly a resident of Rantoul, and was known to a number of people in this vicinity.
