Brief Locals-Mr. Fugo has sold the REFLECTOR to Capt. Edgar N. Sweet. During Mr. Fugo's short residence in this county he made a host of personal friends, who like and respect him as man and who sincerely regret that "circumstances over which he had no control" compel him to leave us. Individually we candidly admit a more gentlemanly and obliging "fellow craftsman" it has never been our good fortune to meet. Our intercourse has been of the most friendly nature, and we hope and believe that hose friendly feelings will exist not only in this life but in the other place where there is no call from the devil for copy. Mr. F. is going to Richland county to renew the Observer. Success to him.

Capt. Sweet is a young man well known to the citizens of this county. How well he will fill the responsible post of editor, Times will determine. We cordially extend to him the right hand of fellow-ship and sincerely hope that nothing will occur to mar the pleasant relations now existing between us.

Our local space is occupied by the interesting article from the pen of Geo. Hyer, Esq., of the Oshkosh Times. Read it.
