Mrs. Sarah Whitby, 84, of the Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, died at 3:45 p.m. at Park Lawn Nursing Home, Sheboygan.
The widow of the late Frank Whitby, she had been at Park Lawn two years.
Born in the Town of Brothertown, Aug. 10, 1871, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Warren Ball.
Following her marriage to Mr. Whitby the couple farmed in Brothertown until his death in September, 1935.
Surviving are a son, Elmer, Town of Brothertown, and five grandchildren.
Also surviving are a brother, Clarence Ball, Brothertown, and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Gartman, Cushing, Okla.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Chilton, with the Rev. Edmund Webster, pastor of St. Boniface Episcopal Church, Chilton, officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery there.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday.

Chilton � John Wieseckel passed away on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o�clock at his home here. He was born in the town of Russell, Sheboygan county, on Sept. 4, 1864, the son of Barthel and Margaret Wieseckel.
On May 29, 1900, he was married to Miss Rosa Pfister in St. Martin�s church in Charlestown, Calumet county. For a time after their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Wieseckel lived in Hilbert and then moved to Chilton.
Survivors are his wife and three daughters and three sons, Mrs. Arthur {Freda} Depies of Hilbert; Mrs. Armand {Irma} Toonen of De Pere; Mrs. victor {Edna} Pagelow, of Sheboygan; Herbert, of Ada; Gilbert of Sheboygan Falls, and Wilfred of Sheboygan, and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday morning at St. Mary�s church in Chilton. The Rev. Joseph Esdepsky will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body can be viewed beginning tonight at the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral home until the time of the services.
John Wieseckel Funeral Services Held Wednesday
Chilton, Wis. - Funeral services for John Wieseckel who passed away at his home here on Sunday, June 6, were held Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic church. The Rev. Joseph Esdepsky officiated and burial was made in St. Mary's cemetery.
Pallbearers were Clemens Wieseckel of Sherwood, and John Wieseckel of St. Anna, Alfred Woelfel of Charlestown, Edgar Munker of Chilton and John and Peter Scherer of Sherwood.
Honorary pallbearers were members of the Catholic Knights of Wisconsin of the Hilbert branch. Frank and Wenzel Suttner, John Koehler, Anton Seichter, John Anheiler and John Vollmer.
Many relatives and friends of Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, Marshfield, Elm Grove, Sherwood, Cleveland, Appleton, Hilbert, St. Anna, New Holstein, and Stockbridge attended the services.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lilian Whitby, 72, of 305 Brooklyn St., Chilton, who was found dead at her home Wednesday, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ebenezer United Church of Christ, Chilton.
The Rev. Quintin Moeschberger, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery, Chilton.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Chilton, after 7 tonight until 10:30 a.m. Saturday and at the church from noon until the hour of services. The casket will remain closed.
Mrs. Whitby, who lived alone, apparently died Sunday of natural causes.
She was born in the Town of Stockbridge March 26, 1894, a daughter of the late John and Bertha Hahnemann Hemauer. In May of 1922 she was married to Otto Whitby at Ebenezer UCC, Chilton.
Following their marriage the couple lived in Charlesburg for several years, where he was employed by the Calumet Highway Department. They moved to Appleton and farmed until Mr. Whitby died Jan. 5, 1930.
She moved to Stockbridge in 1931 and lived there several years, when she moved to Chilton.
Mrs. Whitby was a member of Ebenezer UCC and a member of the Ladies Guild of the church. She was also a member of the Grasshold-Schmidlkofer American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include one daughter, Miss Evelyn Whitby, St. Petersburg, Fla.; three brothers, John of Manitowoc, and William and Milton of the Town of Stockbridge; and four sisters, Mrs. Fred Larson, Mrs. Fred Ludwig and Mrs. Arthur Reichwald, all of Chilton, and Mrs. Isadore Ruh, Stevens Point.

A 19-year-old New Holstein youth early today became Sheboygan County's 12th highway fatality of the year.
Tracy Westcott of 2025 Randolph St., New Holstein, was killed outright when he was pinned beneath the sports car in which he was riding on County Trunk J, about a quarter-mile east of the entrance to the Sheboygan County Marsh.
Westcott, employed as a drill press operator by Tecumseh Products Co., was a son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth L. Kunde of 2831 S. 10th St., Sheboygan.
He and the former Cynthia Kunde were married at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Sheboygan on Aug. 8, 1960. They had no children.
Terrence W. Reiss, 24, of 1905 Washington St., New Holstein, driver and owner of the 1957 model MGA roadster, escaped serious injury.
Reiss gave investigating county traffic deputies this version of the accident:
He and Westcott were coming from the Elkhart Lake area on their way home to New Holstein about 1:15 a.m. Approaching the Marsh entrance at about 55 miles per hour, the sports car spun out of control on a curve and rolled over into the Herbert Henschel grain field on the north side of the road.
Passersby called the sheriff's department in Sheboygan and summoned Dr. John Martineau from nearby Elkhart Lake. The physician pronounced Westcott dead at the scene.
He attributed death to a broken neck and severe head injuries. Reiss, who was walking around in a daze following the crash, told officers he would contact his own doctor later.
Deputies Henry Hoppert, John Webb and Myron Frank reported the road was dry and the weather clear at the time. The top and rear of the car, along with a portion of a roadside fence, were damaged extensively.
Dr. Reed M. Simpson, Sheboygan County coroner, said today that no inquest is planned.
The body of Westcott, who had moved to New Holstein only a year and a half ago, was first brought to the county morgue at the courthouse in Sheboygan. Later, it was taken to the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral Home at New Holstein.
The death puts the county about two months ahead of the local 1960 traffic fatality record. Last year's 12th victim was not recorded until Sept. 19. The total for 1960 was 21 deaths for the entire county.
The fatality raises the state's traffic toll for the year to 445, 21 ahead of a year ago.
Westcott, a native of Hillsdale County, Michigan, was born Dec. 4, 1941, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Westcott.
His father is also affiliated with Tecumseh, having moved his family to New Holstein from Maquoketa, Iowa, where Tracy received his high school education.
He belonged to St. Andrew's Lutheran Congregation.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and parents, are two sisters, Mrs. Royce Durke of Tecumseh, Mich., and Mrs. Raymond Sokol of Maquoketa, Iowa.
Funeral services are pending and will be announced Saturday by the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral Home in New Holstein.

Funeral services for Tracy Westcott, 19, New Holstein, who was killed in an auto accident near Elkhart Lake early Friday, will be held at the Erbe-Hoffman Funeral Home, New Holstein at 2 p.m. Monday.
The Rev. Ernest Staehling, pastor of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, Sheboygan will officiate. Burial will be in New Holstein City Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.

Walter Whitby, 63, of route 1, Malone, passed away at 10 a.m., Thursday, at the Tomah Veterans hospital in Tomah. He had been a patient there for the past five years.
He was born May 11, 1890, near Malone, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Whitby. He attended Brothertown school and was engaged in farming in the area. On June 9, 1920, he was married in the town of Calumet to Martha Rather.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Walter Jr., with the Armed Forces in California, and Wilbur on the homestead; two daughters, Mrs. Edward Koehler of Chilton, and Miss Marian Whitby of Fond du Lac; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. John Schaack of Brotherstown and Mrs. Claude Oakley of Mt. Calvary; and one brother, Ralph, of Fond du Lac.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Erbe-Hoffman Funeral home, Chilton. The Rev. Orval Egbert will officiate and burial will be made in Hillside cemetery. Military rites will be conducted at the grave.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home from 3 p.m., Saturday, until the hour of services on Sunday.

John G. Wagner died Monday morning at 9 o'clock at his home in the town of Chilton after a nine month illness.
Born Nov. 5, 1892, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Wagner of town of Chilton, he married Meta Schroeder on Nov. 18, 1915, at St. Luke's church in the town of Chilton. He was a trustee of the church for six years.
Mr. Wagner lived on his parents' homestead all his life and was well known in the vicinity. He attended public schools in the town of Chilton.
Surviving are his wife and two brothers, William and August Wagner, town of Chilton.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Thursday at the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral home and at 2 o'clock at St. Luke's church with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. M. Schneider will officiate.
The body will lie in state from this evening at 7 o'clock until the time of services.

Albert Carl Wettstein, 82, a resident of Stockbridge for the last eight years, died Monday at his home following a lingering illness.
Born May 22,1884, In Calumet County, he was the son of Joseph and Catherine Wettstein.
Mr. Wettstein had farmed in the Town of New Holstein for 12 years before retiring and moving to Stockbridge.
Survivors include his widow, Minnie; two daughters, Mrs. Catherine Scott, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Albert Oakley, Sheboygan; three sons, Norman and Gilbert, Kaukauna, and Matthew of Sheboygan; 24 grandchildren, and 23 greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St.
Mary's Catholic Church, Stockbridge.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
The body is in state at the Schinderle Funeral Home, Stockbridge.

Albert married Helen "Lena" Hoelzer on 18 February, 1904. She died August 5, 1919, the daughter of Nicholas and Antonia Fischer Hoelzer. She is the mother of his eight children.
