The Casino

 

The Casino was owned by Mr Alexander Harold Beaumont, the building work started in 1932 and opened in 1933. It consisted of an amusement park, two restaurants and a ballroom. The Casino closed for the duration of the war although it was used for functions to do with the war effort.
