The Ancestors of the artist Paul Cranfield SMYTH

Paul Cranfield Smyth met his wife Elsie Mulley on Canvey Island where Elsie and her family had moved to from Richmond. They married in 1918 and although the couple lived in Highgate and later Finchley they made frequent visits to Canvey where Elsie’s mother and sister Hilda still lived.
