The undersigned Clerk and Justices of the County Court in and for the County of Barry and State as aforesaid hereby certify that at a general election for said county held on the 8th day of November A. D. 1864, that the Electors for A. Lincoln for President and Andrew Johnson for vice President each received (197) one hundred & ninety seven votes, and the Electors for George B. McClellan for President and George H. Pendleton for vice president each received (17) Seventeen votes, and Thomas C. Fletcher received (186) one hundred & eighty six votes for Governor and Thomas L. Price received (17) Seventeen votes for Governor and George Smith received (162) one hundred & sixty two votes for Lieut. Governor and Luke W. Burris received (17) Seventeen votes for Lieut. Governor, and Francis Rodman received (136) one hundred & thirty six votes for Secretary of State and James McFenan received (17) Seventeen votes for Secretary of State, and Alonzo Thompson received (136) one hundred & thirty six votes for Auditor and Charles C. Rozier received (17) Seventeen votes for Auditor and William Bishop received (136) one hundred & thirty six votes for State Treasurer, and George C. Bingham received (17) Seventeen votes for State Treasurer, and J. E. Smith received (136) one hundred & thirty six votes for Register of Lands and Walter P. Billings received (17) Seventeen votes for Register of Lands, and R. F. Wingate received (136) one hundred & thirty six votes for Attorney General, and Alexander M. Woolfolk received (17) Seventeen votes for Attorney General, and Martin J. Hubble received (17) Seventeen votes for Congress and John R. Kelso received (155) one hundred & fifty five votes for Congress, and S. H. Boyd received (32) thirty two votes for Congress and George W. Randolph received (44) forty four votes for Circuit Attorney and Joseph Estis received (52) fifty two votes for Circuit Attorney, and M. E. Banks received (17) Seventeen votes for Representative and William Ray received (132) one hundred & thirty two votes for Representative and J. W. Boon received (27) twenty seven votes for Representative and that there was (119) one hundred votes [sic] for Convention and (20) twenty votes against Convention, and J. M. Grammer received (72) seventy two votes for Delegate to Convention and Gilbert received (15) fifteen votes for Delegate to Convention, and John Carey [?] received (132) one hundred & thirty two votes for Justice of the County Court, and Samuel D. Bullock received (64) sixty four votes for Justice of the County Court and Leroy P. Stringer received (8) eight votes for Justice of the County Court.

In testimony whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names this 26th day of November A. D. 1864.
