In the name of God Amen I Levin Todd of Sussex County in the state of Delaware being sick and weak of body but of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament revoking all others.

I will that my beloved wife Ann Todd shall have and enjoy her dower or one third part of my estate real and personal during her natural life and after her decease I will that what remains of the personal property so to her devised shall be equally divided between all her children males and females.

I give and bequeath unto my eldest son Nathan Todd his heirs and assigns forever all my plantation and lands thereunto adjoining where Peter Jenkins now lives near Marshahope Bridge.

I give and bequeath unto my youngest son Levin Todd and to his heirs and assigns forever all this my Dwelling plantation and lands there unto adjoining with all the buildings and improvements thereon.

I give and bequeath unto my youngest daughter Rhoda Todd the sum of five hundred Dollars to be paid out of my estate by my executors.

I give and bequeath unto my eldest daughter Selah Hardesty the sum of two hundred dollars.

I give and bequeath unto my second daughter Anna Morr(i)s the sum of two hundred Dollars.

But in case my personal estate should not be sufficient to pay the several sums so devised or willed to my three daughters then in that case I will that the money shall be raised by the rents of my lands to make good one half of the deficiency and the other half each of my daughters shall loose, an equal part of the same but if any thing remains of my personal estate after my three daughters has received what is willed to them then the remainder shall be equally divided amongst and between all my children males and females.

I do hereby appoint my beloved wife Ann Todd and my son Nathan Todd the whole and sole Executors of this my last will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal this fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Twelve 1812.
