Located on Shiloh Church Road in Dagsboro Hundred.
According to the ca 1865 map of Delaware's Hundreds this church is
very near the western bounder of Dagsboro Hundred,
south-west of "Pine Grove" (now Piney Grove) and north-west of Cross Keys.

There is a marker in the well kept cemetery which reads;
"St. Thomas' Church Built 1857 moved to Dover Agricultural Museum 1994."
