                  Will Grant Letters of Administration To Henry Pratt on the estate of William Walls dec'd. I having hereby relinquish(ed) of all my Right of administering to said Henry Pratt. Given under my hand the date above mentioned.

Administration Bond on Estate of William Walls

Know all Men by these Presents, That we, Henry Pratt & Jno. R. Bostick of the county of Kent, are held and firmly bound to the State of Delaware, in the Sum of Eight Hundred Dollars current money of said State: unto which payment well and truly to be made unto the said State, we bind ourselves, our heirs, our executors and administrators , jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated at Dover, this Eighth day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.

We the Subscribers, appointed by the Register, appraisers of the goods and Chattels of William Walls Deceased as on Oath and affirmation respectfully, say that the goods and Chattels in this Inventory have been appraised by us at the Sums set down against the same respectfully and that said sums are, according to the best of our skill and judgment, the true value of said goods and Chattels in money; dated the 7th day of September A.D. 1833

I do certify this to be A true copy of the original List of Sales of the goods & Chattels of William Wales (Walls) Dec'd, Sold by Henery Pratt Administrator and kept by me as clerk.                                                                                   John Sipple

Kent County SS    John Green maketh solemn oath and saith that he was present at the sale of the goods and chattels of William Walls dec'd, that he was the cryer of the venue, and also was a creditor of the deceased; that to the best of his belief the administrator used all diligence to make the goods sell well, and that all the goods were sold; that there were other creditors present and also two of the children of the deceased of full age, and that the goods sold for the best price that could be obtained for them~ Subscribed and Sworn the 19th day of August 1834 before H.M. Ridgely, Reg'r.                                                                              John Green

Kent County SS    Henry Pratt administrator of William Walls dec'd maketh solemn affirmation and saith that as the administrator of the said William Walls dec'd he did expose to public sale all the goods and chattels of the said William Walls which ever came into his hands or to his knowledge as such administrator, that full and fair notice was given of the time and place of the said sale by advertisements set up in several different places; that the sale was well attended by many persons and several of the creditors and heirs of the deceased, that this affirmant  did all in his power fairly to make the said goods and chattels sell well and to the best advantage; that the above and foregoing two pages contain a list of the sales of all the goods and chattels of the said deceased  which are contained in the Inventory of the said deceased ________ by this affirmant; that the said list was kept by John Sipple, the clerk of the said venue and the prices therein set down, he believes to be truly and accurately set down~   Subscribed and affirmed the 27th Sept. 1834 before H.M.
