Administration Bond of William Todd, of Sussex County, Delaware
Dated 3rd December 1818
 

Sussex County, sc.
Know all men by these presents That we Nancy Todd of the county of Sussex in the State of Delaware, & John Booth and John Morris of the same county are held and firmly bound unto the State of Delaware aforesaid, in the sum of Three Thousand dollars lawful money of the said State, to be paid for the use of the same; to which payment well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves and each of our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated the Third day of December one thousand eight hundred and Eighteen.

THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That if the above bounden Nancy Todd administratrix of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits which were of William Todd late of Sussex county, deceased...
