Last Will and Testament of Augustus S.Bigelow, dated 4 November 1864

In the name of the Benevloent Father of all:

I Augustus S. Bigelow of Streetsboro, Portage County, State of Ohio so make and publish this my last will and testament

Item first, I give and ____ to my beloved wifr, in lieu of her dower, the Farm on which we now reside. Also the farm situate in Franklin to have full possession, and all the personal property of every description until my youngest child arrives at the age of twenty-one years.

Item Second, after my youngest child alive, arrives at the age of twenty-one years, then my wife to hold with the app___ during her natural life, the two lots of land. Numbered respectively Eighty Eight and Ninety Seven.

Item third, after the decease of my said wife, then all my real estate to be divided amongst my children, or their heirs. Sahre and share alike.

Item fourth, I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife guardian of all my minor children until they arrive to the age of twenty-one years of age.

Item fifth, I alos appoint my wife Administrator of all my estate to colect debts. Pay all my just debts and manage my estate for the best intent of all concerned.
