Back to HomeBalthasar and Maria Barbara (Rudsill) Knoerter came from Germany to America via Rotterdam on The Charming Nancy on 9 November 1738. Maria Barabra died February 26, 1809. They had seven children:
Balthasar and his son, George Adam (Adam) may have operated a taven in Harrisburgh, PA around 1787.
NOTE: SOME SOURCES LIST CHARLOTTE NATCHER'S MAIDEN NAME AS "HATCHER" OR "BOSHER". ACCORDING TO THE MARRIAGE RECORDS OF LANCASTER COUNTY, HER MAIDEN NAME IS "NATCHER."
