This
is a four sided stone with four babies born to Christof and Katharina
(Maier) Grenz and Christof's Mother Karolina Grenz. This family lost 7
children in October of 1897 to Diphtheria. The 7 children are buried in
Eureka, SD. The family then moved to Gackle area of North Dakota.

This is a small
Cemetery that was next to the German Baptist Church at Bloomenfeld in
Stutsman County, Germania Township. It is fenced and mowed, but
off the road. A little hard to get to. Other families buried
here are Fischer, Herman, Kerner, Reich and Wolff. |
