Mathews Monday and the doctor is bearing up under the strain of increased

born to Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Knopp last Sunday. Both children died shortly
after their birth and were buried Tuesday. At last reports Mrs. Knopp was
getting along nicely.

Dec. 7. The father called at this office this week to tell us about it and
also passed the cigars.

John never told us a thing about it but we are making the announcement

Friday. This is the first you gentleman arrival in this vicinity for some
time and we who have had girl arrivals really think that Dr. Sturgeon
should have brought more boys for us. Mrs. Kroll and son are doing nicely
