* Word was received in the village Thursday of the arrival at
Plankington of a ten pound baby girl at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley
Thomas. All concerned doing nicely and Grandpa Hammerstrom wears a big
smile these days.

Oliver Chatfield are rejoicing over the arrival of a fine baby boy at their
home on Sunday. All concerned doing excellently.

* W. P. Bryan is wearing a smile that won't ruffle these days -- all on
account of a new baby boy arriving at this house Thursday. All concerned
doing nicely.

* Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Erickson are the proud parents of a bouncing baby
girl which came to brighten their home on Wednesday of this week. Mr.
Maercklein reports the mother and daughter as being in the best of health.

* Dr. Maercklein was called to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Burdine
five miles northeast of Alfred, Monday. After returning home the doctor
informed us that when he left, the family was larger by one than when he
first called. The new arrival is a fine healthy boy, and like his mother,
getting along nicely.

Holmstrom household are rejoicing over the presence of a baby which made
its appearance in their midst last Sunday afternoon. Mother and daughter
doing nicely.

Dan Buchholz, living ten miles northeast of town, were made happy over the
arrival of a fine baby boy on Wednesday of last week. Dr. Maercklein
reports all conditions favorable.
