TATUPA TUPA

There are always two possibilities. Is it the number two = to in Danish or it is "do" as the first root. We must see the connection to decide.

 Winter comes

This is clearly a symbol of "the second time". It is left open and undefined above the winter adda in the rock-carvings on rock 1.

I DA

In Danish they talk about "datid" meaning past time or time outside the reference. This symbol with two lines is the other time or I DA. Maybe we should read the head of the deer in the same way.

I TA

ITA is with one line and referring to the toe or the Lady in the toe. Sometimes they picture Virgin that way.

Midwinter?

In the time-wheels the two-stroked footprint is Gemini, but it was also the beginning of the solar year. Another explanation is that we have to know that they were the growing twins and then also the workers. On the Ronar Spit this symbol is aside on one section and maybe telling "the work to be done".

GEUD / GYR

   …………..

In Sumerian they called the doing goddess IGIG, which is not far from old Northern GYGI and perhaps also the suffix IGE. Auriga is the Lady of Flow-Out or the Water-Maid on the Watergate. Her fix-star was Capella or these three stars in 3100 BC. Later the three stars became the Child. In Egypt it was Horus, the Time.

The entire constellation they could use as fix-star from about 4000 BC to 1900 BC. Some fragment of folk memory tells she was wane 70 days and that was true in the beginning but diminished with precession. She and the twins were the first to lead the cultivating suite.

GYR

In Evenstorp the hands take in "four and five". It perhaps means she is the centre between five for Cancer/Crab and the Fish. That became later the Fireman, but maybe it was some earlier symbolism.

Bunnan Addan

The expression I got from an old Celtic placename on Ireland. It is the method to decide Ramadan according to the stars. They have later known and used the Dragon nodes to decide the shortest moon between Dragon eye and tail. Something like a tail is a symbol on the Phaistos desk.

This might also be the binding of Fenrisulven when Tyr put his arm in the gap. That is simply meaning that they drew a line over the constellations Tyr and the Dragon. This picture shows they drew a line to the head of Capricorn another to the head of Dog.

The Naked

Drawing a pair of naked feet to symbolise The Naked is much easier than picturing her.

On Cyprus they did not know what the heavenly beauty Aphrodite looked like so they had only a symbolic stone and left the rest to imagination. The same is case here.

The clothed or the unspoken is often more interesting than a naked natural description telling everything. A naked woman we find in very old caves or in some figurines from few places. A naked urge the normal man to take care of her.

BO/PO

Footprints like these are surely symbols and the logic is that it is under the surface. Once the sound PA was given, it was only to try some near sound like BO/PO which are inside or picture something inside.

 ……….

Naturally a pair of symbols means that something is going on, or that it is an underground idol.

………….

This footprint in that direction pictures the winter quarter at rock 28.

TABO

On the law this footprint with a marked toe symbolises one of two in two pairs. On the Vitlycke carving an additional cupmark gives ER BOTA. That says "This is the toe of the bo = settlement".

…………..

On this footprint the symbol GEUD = Auriga is in both sections. It surely means that she is both in earth and air. It is only natural because she is the water and rain. The same symbolism they could use about the New Moon Maid.

FIURPA

………….

The fire cult was common in Persia but they also knew it in Sumer. We do not know when they began to use fire systematically in cultivating fields for grass-eaters or for agriculture. These symbols mean the fire or its idols.

 TRI PA

Here is three in one PA.

 May

The askew line maybe refers to the Egyptian djed-pilar. The cupmark and the empty little boat usually refer to Candlemas and the opening to Underworld, but it came later in Scandinavia

 Seven Founders

These are maybe the seven individuals we see on the boat above. The feet "goes" down the rock towards the sea as if it were for a ritual bath. They are naturally idols for the aspects of the growing season.

 …..

This symbol is besides the footprint with an oblique stroke on rock 4. Then it means that it is about going down.

 Tupa ta in hupa

There is an Egyptian style in the little figure, which is Shu in the position before autumn. This picture suggests that they got the idea about the "boatlifter" from Egypt.

The wave-line and it’s parts.

.

LALALA

They called the Law rock earlier rock of Serpent curls. A closer look shows there is some system in the lines. Many of them are broken and apart from the message. Thinking about flow was natural for our ancestors and the sound LA was the physical and LE the abstract flow. Three waves are water. In principle every wave read LA.

 ………..

The Law begins "Geud gives out water".

 LALA

They usually cut the LALA-wave in the up phase. Two syllables is action or the verb.

LALAIKER

Read law.

 Mourning mother

They cut the RA-line in the down phase. The R-sound is opposite to L. Only people in Skåne have made some system in using R and then rolling it. The mother is merged symbols

RAEDRA

Read "rule".

RA

  …….

The shepherd’s crook is RA, as well as the horns of the ram. The herd is ruling and in the ritual society the herd was primer.

AN

The top of the wave is AN in relation to the reference plane. The syllable AN is a little beginning and that was the highest heavenly Might in Sumer.

NA

NA is the opposite bottom of the wave and underground or under the reference.

NE

No, negation and also the waning moons.

NI/NY

A new or rising moon.

NU

Observe the southern phases are up and down and the new moon is lying. This is from the law and I read it NU = now.

Standstill before New Moon

Some followed the wane moon and others the new moon. Then it is good to be a few days ahead, which means counting from the invisible moon is almost impossible.

Water, flood, sea, ocean

They symbolised Enki in Sumer and Ea in Babylon with three waves and the symbol we also find in Egyptian glyphs. It is also used for flood, sea, Watergate and abstractions concerning water, river and flood.

 ……

Even the saw-tooth lines are water and sometimes time too. This is a cut of three lines in beginning of the summer half year a rock 1.

 …..

The flow is ending in the EKUR-symbol. Maybe it refers to the wet period or may be a loan about the inundation in for instance Egypt. Original symbolising people seeking dry land.

LAUP

We see this on the Law after the bathing couple. Then it surely means they are coming up.

.

A

Shows the smallest fraction of flow between AN and ANNA. It is logic on the academic level ... compare with Cypriot.

AK

Begin to.

AS

To show between thumb and forefinger means as, as much as etc.

 ……….

BAN

This is a section (120 degrees) of the circle and a ban. Usually the circle is then bigger relatively than the small symbols AN, NA, etc.

URBAN/BANUR

Even the opposite URBAN is valid always when it fits. This means out of ban such as at harvest and the astro-ritual days of epagones or when aligning the moon and sun year.

RAUR is the third possibility.

DABU

In Linear B we find the word daburinthos meaning the labyrinth of Minotaur. But why not the udder, that is the real labyrinth. A shorter form might be DABU, meaning something on the other side.

Tapa in the toe

This is the Engender, Perseus since they count days from this point. The figure is like other figures at Evenstorp made of symbols.

EK URGE

EKUR

EKUR is a Sumerian word and symbol meaning shrine and perhaps in Underworld. But it means also "Big Mountain" and the ritual terms are understood. It is the symbol at right, but this is from the Crocodile. On the round it was the square of Pegasus. It was one of the four original cardinal points on the ecliptic.

The elk game

Even this figure consists of symbols. My association is "the elk game".

Epagones

In Egypt they needed a little ban of five to six days to even the sun year 12 x 30 + 5 or 6.

ER and ER ER

  ………

There is no standard for the figures. Yet overall the little cupmark is seldom more than 8 centimetres in diameter. The bigger is about 9 - 12 centimetres. On pictures we have to relate them to each other. One cupmark is as such a unit and telling that something is. That is why I chose the Danish ER as verb telling presence. Two cupmarks together are a verb meaning the same as "being". But we see sometimes two "bigger" cupmarks at Ramadan, while one is use in spring.

ER in BANKE

 ……………….

Time-limit with Geud present.

Going beneath

The quarter ban begins here.
