Wethersfield. Inventory of estate taken 18 Mar 1714/5. All the
children were mentioned in the will except John and Lydia, then
deceased. Marriages of children taken from this will. He was made
freeman in 1658. He drew land in the 1670 allotment. In 1671 he was
granted land by the river's side, next to his home-lot, and extended
to the bank above the Rocks. This home-lot was given to him by his
father in 1670 and was located on the east side of High Street, at its
extreme north end. In 1684 he was chosen surveyor. He drew land in
the 1694 allotment. In 1680 his father gave him 18 acres on the south
side of the road. The inventory of his estate was taken 18 Mar
1714/15.
