The Banner was quite a find and only a few copies of this monograph have survived since the 1960s. The book was published as part of the 75th Anniversary of the Claremen and Women's Association of New York: it celebrates the many lives and families that bind Ireland to the Irish in America.
The book is comprised of letters of recognition, photographs, historical accounts, genealogical information and a host of other items. For the past year, I have tried to contact the Claremen and Women's Association of New York, but have been unsuccessful. I hope that members of this association will want to assume
ownership of these web pages, preserve and develop the content of the information provided therein, and make this available to those who wish to enjoy it through the World Wide Web. To that end, I have added these pages to the Cullinan & Cullinane Family Genealogy Project Website; additionally, these web pages provide a wonderful
perspective of the history, people and places in County Clare to which the Cullinans and Cullinanes have been attached for many centuries.
If you know how to reach the Claremen and Women's Historical, Benevolent and Social Association of New York, I would be pleased to hear from you through my Email Address.
