Index to Veterans of Wars

or generations, the men and women in our families have served their countries--on the home front and overseas--many of whom paid the ultimate price to secure the freedoms we enjoy today.

The following are list of names, some with biographical information, which enumerate those Cullinans, Cullinanes and Quillinans who fought for their country in numerous wars and conflicts around the world. It is hoped that as family members visit the site, more records can be added, thereby creating a more thorough listing.

The Irish were among the many men to take up arms for the North and South during the U.S. Civil War. Naturally, the Cullinans and Cullinanes were among the men, fighting on both sides. The records of enlistment, service (muster rolls), biographical information, etc. vary greatly from one state to the next, however, some records are kept at the National Archives (Washington, D.C.) and other repositories.
