HATTIE BATEMAN MOUNT

Harriet "Hattie" was born January 29, 1859, in Morgan County, Illinois. She died January 25, 1933 in Jacksonville, Morgan County, Illinois. She married Jesse D. Mount in Shelby County, Illinois, on May 8, 1881. Jesse was born in 1855 and died in 1904. Hattie and Jesse Mount had two children.

1. Fred Leonard was born in 1882 and died in 1953.

2. Genevieve was born in 1884 and died July 21, 1959, in Jacksonville, Morgan County, Illinois. She was the alumni secretary at MacMurray College in Jacksonville.
