preparation and checking, and completed pieces contain full details from Census data.
Copyrights of FreeCEN transcript files are held by the volunteers who produced them.

Other individual pieces listed on this site are mostly 'bare-bones' indexes, and provide
Folio references for each surname in the Piece, but other details may be omitted.

Original data sources are the Enumerator page images published by The National Archives,
and reproduced under licence on microfiche, microfilm, or CDs by several commercial
publishers, and by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (aka LDS)
