Patsy was born in Thomaston, Upson County, Ga. 16 MAY 1886. She was the daughter of E.Y. BIRDSONG and Mary P. BIRDSONG. Patsy died 21 OCT 1920 in Thomaston, Upson County, Ga., at 34 years of age. Her body was interred after 21 OCT 1920 in Thomaston, Upson County, Ga., Glenwood Cemetery.

His body was interred after 29 APR 1969 in Upson County, Ga., New Harmony Baptist Cemetery. He married Lottie May THOMPSON Ellington in Upson County, Ga., 6 JUN 1936. License issued 24 December 1926. Note the 10-year difference.

He was listed as a minor in Orphan's Court records in Upson County, Ga., 5 MAY 1924. E.R. Ellington was recognized as the natural guardian of his minor child Calvin Ellington, placing a $500 bond. Natural Guardians Letters, Book 1, p. 28, E.R. Ingram, ordinary.
