WATSON and Mary Frances POPE Watson. Ella died 3 APR 1945 in Thomaston, Upson County, Ga., at 73 years of age. Her body was interred 4 APR 1945 in Thomaston, Upson County, Ga., Glenwood Cemetery. Ella could have been the Ella Eldora Ellington who married John Earnest Shumate in 1898.

Harvey Ellington was the head of a family on the 1900 Census in Upson County, Ga. Harvey was the "second head" of a household run by Francis Butts, who was born Aug. 1859. Butts owned farm 109 and Harvey rented farm 110 of Jug District 420, Upson County.

Hervy Ellington was the head of a family on the 1910 Census in Upson County, Ga. Hervy, 37, male, married 19 years, b. in GA, as were his parents; spoke English; was a farmer working his home farm; E.A.P., could read and write; renting farm 739, (house 36), Jug District; Ella, 38, married 19 years, three children all living; born in GA as were her parents; spoke English; farmer on the home farm; could read and write; Robert L., 12, b. GA, spoke English, laborer on the home farm (worker no. 1) could read and write; had been in school since Sept. 1909; Bennie P., 13, laborer, could read and write; had attended school, was a farmer.
