Nina was born in Thomaston, Upson County, Ga. 2 SEP 1892. birth year also given as 1886 or 20 AUG 1893 She was the daughter of William Oslin BRITT sr and Mary Elizabeth BROOKS Britt.
Nina died 10 FEB 1974 at 81 years of age. Her body was interred after 10 FEB 1974 in Thomaston, Upson County, Ga., Glenwood Cemetery. She graduated from R.E. Lee Institute in Thomaston, Upson County, Ga., 1910. School: She was the corresponding secretary of the Sharman of Upson Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy in September 1929. She also was a member of the John Houston/Edward Telfair Daughters of the American Revolution, claiming descent from James Brooks, Levi Cheney, Aquilla Cheney and John Fuller.
