Sarah Pugh Fallin's will
Sallie Helms and Cerulean Brooks, heirs at law of Jackson Fallin, showed that letters of administration were given for his estate to their brother John E. Fallin in the October term, 1881, by the Court of Ordinary. They testified that more than a year had expired and John had sold the estate and kept the proceeds. They asked for the share of the estate to which they were entitled and asked that John supply an accounting of the estate by May 7, 1882. He was ordered to do so. On May 7, John appeared in court with documents showing he owed $398.63 to Sallie and $427.83 to Cerulean. He was ordered to pay.
