v. William "Windy Bill" BYLES was born about 1855 in Missouri.
In 1880 William Biles is living with brother Robert W.
Biles in Bell Co., TX. His brother Robert was married
and 2 years older than William. According to Bob Knight, he knew "Windy Bill" and he was called that because he liked to talk a
lot. "Windy Bill" worked on the Donaldson Ranch in Bee Co., TX.
