DOUGLAS E. BISHOP, 44, of Phoenix, formerly of Lima, died May 18, 2003, in

Phoenix.

He was born Jan. 17, 1959, in Lima to Jack and Beverly Shinabery Bishop. His

mother survives in Phoenix. His stepmother, Linda Bishop, survives in Lima.

Survivors also include two sons, Chad Bishop of Columbus Grove and Riley

Bishop of Phoenix; a daughter, Angela Bishop of Phoenix; two brothers, Jack

Bishop Jr. of Lima and Todd Bishop of Medina; two stepbrothers, Bryon Shepherd

of Columbus and Eric Shepherd of Fairborn; two sisters, Cheri Bishop of Sidney

and Dawn Cornejo of Phoenix; and a stepsister, Lori Shepherd of Columbus.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Ed Bishop.

Memorial services will be held in Phoenix.
