91, of Worthington, formerly of Van Wert, died Jan. 26, 2005, at The Laurels of Worthington.
   Services will begin at 2 p.m. Monday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert. The Rev. Douglas Stockton will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
   Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and one hour before services Monday at the funeral home.
   Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
