ARLENE SMITH
,76, died at 8:30 a.m. March 17, 2007, at The Golden Living Center.
   She was born June 4, 1930, in Campton, Ky., to Nickie and Nancy Jane Beverly Smith, who preceded her in death. She married Dennis Smith, who died.
   Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a member of the Full Gospel Ta b e r n a c l e Church on Stewart Road.
   Survivors include seven children, James H. (Michelle) Smith, of Lima, Robert L. (Rhonda Sue) Smith, of West Mansfield, Dennis Smith, of Lima, Ernest E. Smith, of Lima, Daniel (Jodie) Smith, of Lima, Linda K. Rigali, of Lima, and Brenda F. Brown, of Lima; two adopted sons, William E. Brown and Dominick J. Brown, both of Lima; 27 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Arthur (Lillie) Smith and Ernest Smith, both of Lima.
   She was preceded in death by a son, William R. Smith; five brothers, Luther, Jethro, Vernon, Donald, and Ova Smith.
   Services will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Siferd Funeral Home. The Rev. Forrest Jarrel will officiate. Burial will be in Ward Cemetery.
   Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Siferd Funeral Home.
   Memorial contributions may be made to the Smith family.
