Laura Wagner
PINEVILLE - Laura Wagner passed away Friday, March 9, 2007, at
Britthaven of Pineville.
Born April 22, 1928, in Knox County, Ky., she was the daughter of
the late Hence Gambrel and Margaret Gambrel. She was a member of
Green Camp Pentecostal Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her
husband, Dan Wagner; two daughters, two grandchildren, brothers and
sisters; and a stepson, Dan Jr.
Survivors include eight sons, stepson Jack Wagner, Alabama, Darrell
(Wilma) Wagner, Harrogate, Tenn., Earl (Arvedene) Wagner, Harrogate,
Curtis (Mary) Wagner, Pineville, Roy (Carolyn) Wagner, Pineville,
J.D. (Lynn) Wagner, Pineville, Jerry (Lana) Wagner, Pineville, and
Michael (Marlene) Wagner, Arjay; step-daughter Phyllis Jones,
London, Ky.; daughters, Doris (Fred) Moore, Rella, Miss., Joyce
(George) Bushelman, Winchester, Ohio, and Dana Wagner, Pineville; 22
grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren
loved ones.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Creech-Durham
Funeral Home with the Revs. Gary Wagner, Melvin Beverly and Van
Johnson presiding.
Interment will be in Greenhills Memorial Gardens. Honorary
pallbearer will be Dr. Steve Morgan. Her grandsons will serve as
pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at Creech-
Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, which is in charge of arrangements.
