Charles Willard Barker was the second son and fourth child of Charles Barker and Frances Kitchen. He was born the 3rd January 1872 in Taylorsville, Salt Lake, Utah. He died the 3rd of October 1945 in Taylorsville, Salt Lake, Utah. He married Elizabeth Duncombe on 15th July 1890 in Ogden, Weber, Utah. Elizabeth Duncombe was born the 9 September 1868 in Hooper, Weber, Utah to Nehemiah David Duncombe and Mary Frances Haynes. She died 8 December 1963 in Taylorsville, Salt Lake, Utah.
