| I have used (..) for part of the date as this is the oldest part of the cemetery and on the chart the it says (1-25-26) for the date. After working with this chart I do not believe it was a hospital cemetery. I had mailed this chart to 3 different volunteers to transcribe and finally ended up doing it myself.
