Based on your Hokkien transliteration of the generation names designated by your ggggf it appears that four generation of names do abide by them. His was Ing (永) Hoe, then Po (保) Duan, See (世) To, Hong (should read 宏 [same pronunciation but wrong character used, my guess]). Your father should have Kie (其) "something"。
Your second posting regarding Eng Djwan/Hjuan Tan being Yingchuan Chen (潁川陳) seems correct because it means you belong to the Yingchuan hall branch of the Chen clan; the same as mine. And of course, this place is in Henan Province (河南省).
Your ggggf's name Ing Hoe in Chinese may possibly be 永福, my guess.
