Hi, I'm also one of the "Fok" originated from Hong Kong. As far as I know, majority of the Fok's in Hong Kong are boat people, they were fishermen, or they were in the 'bart" business (cargo ship loading and unloading goods from big container ships)
Henry Fok (Fok Ying Tong) is one of the Hong Kong tycoons who was originated from the boat people.
My dad told us that Mr.Fok's mom and our grandmom were very close friends they called each other sisters.
