Answer:I'm assuming you're looking for more info on your ggf. I suggest you start backwards from your last census search to establish when your GGF arrived in DC. Search all known names (Moy, Gong; Moy, Ni Chee; Gong, Moy; Chee, Moy Ni...) Except 1890 which was mostly destroyed in a fire.
1910 census is especially rich in immigrant details!
