Maps of Fujian are a bit difficult to get. I have a somewhat detailed map of Fujian Province that I bought in Hong Kong's airport for 28 HK dollars. It is published in Taiwan by Shan Ju Publishing via emap and marketed in Hong Kong by Dong Long Publications. I see both the major cities of Jinjiang and Shishi on the map written in both Chinese and English, and I also see some surrounding minor cities and towns written only in Chinese. I think you would need to find a map with details on the county level in order to find locations of market towns and villages, and these detailed maps are likely to be found more easily in bookstores and shops in Fujian Province.
