You are absolutely correct, where did you get these information? I am writing a book about Simon Tecson and foundout he was involved in 5 historical battle, signatory to 2 constitution. He accepted surrender of the Spaniards in Baler, Aurora, fought the Americans, surrendered and deported to Guam. I hope you could furnish me more info.
