Hi people,I'm Hokkien from Penang. My paternal grandfather's name is Yeap Kooi and he originated from the village of LAM OWAH (the second word is quite impossible to spell in English LOL. I'm not sure if this village is in Fukien province. Most of the Yaps from this village are Hokkiens. I don't know how this info is going to help anybody but I hope it does.
