I am a resident of Victoria B.C. Your last address of 35 Fisgard St, Victoria could be a room number since street number starts at 500. There is no lesser street number since it is waterfront harbour. For death record the Chinese Cemetery in Victoria is in the care of the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association, 636 Fisgard Street, Victoria, B.C. V8W 1R6. They have the records of buriel until the 1940's.You can search The Vital Statistics Agency British Columbia www.hlth.gov.bc.ca Another site www.hlth.gov.bc/vs/genealogy/microfilm.html.
